TRASH BABYLON - OPENING NIGHT! 4.2.2022
A sold-out venue at the Internationales Theater Frankfurt, and a lively, buzzing crowd! Oh, what a joy it was to bring Trash Babylon -...
Born and raised in Vienna, Austria, I caught the "acting bug" at an early age. Dance training, youth theatre, and professional voice-over work led my path to the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York City, from where I graduated in 2019 with an Associate's Degree in Acting for Stage and Screen. Thereafter I attended Wesleyan University in Middletown, CT, where I earned my BA in Liberal Arts majoring in Dance and minoring in German Studies in May 2021. My holistic time at Wesleyan became the glue for piecing together the theoretical and the practical aspect of art-making. I believe that it is my job as an artist to raise awareness, shine a light on those who are often left in the dark, and hold up a mirror to society. You can find my most recent choreographic dance theatre work titled A Portrait of Jenny here. Since graduating, I returned home to Austria and could not be more excited to pursue new creative projects in Europe. Recent/current acting projects include "Der geheimnisvolle Adventskalender" directed by Mario Eick at Theater für die Jugend, Burghausen (December 2021) and "Trash Babylon (urban games ii)" directed by Müjdat Albak at the International Theater Frankfurt (premiere: February 4th, 2022)
